These Terms of Service govern your use of Cinemavue and the services available at cinemavue.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Cinemavue provides an AI-powered cinematic storytelling engine, a thumbnail generation studio, a video library, and related tools for YouTube content creators. The platform generates story packages, hooks, titles, and thumbnails based on inputs you provide.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
All story packages, hooks, titles, and thumbnails generated through your account are owned entirely by you. Cinemavue does not claim any rights to your generated outputs. You may publish, distribute, sell, monetize, or otherwise use generated content without restriction or attribution.
You agree not to use Cinemavue to generate content that is defamatory, illegal, or infringes on third-party rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI system, scrape the platform, or circumvent usage limits.
The free tier includes one complete story package and three thumbnails per month at no cost with no credit card required. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact support@cinemavue.com for a full refund. Generated content is yours to keep regardless of refund status.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.
Cinemavue's AI engine generates content based on your inputs. While we engineer our prompts for quality, we do not guarantee specific output results. Generated stories, hooks, and titles are creative outputs and should be reviewed before publishing.
Cinemavue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or generated content. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
